And thus have I arrived back at my home, another trip completed. Of course, having multiple days of travel to get from the start to the finish disrupted my usual workout schedule, and then I was sore as fuck after going in on some pull ups once I was back home, but all in all, I'm happy that I was at least able to keep up with doing something on five days of the week, even if it was at a lower intensity level than usual out of necessity. As mentioned previously, I had a lighter workload this week on the exercise front because I took a road trip on the weekend. Though not without its harrowing moments, it was a fun experience overall. My apologies for the delay in posting this recap. I went on quite the road trip during the weekend, and it's taken me some time to recover from it. On a related note, I will have a reduced number of workouts for next week. For this week, though, I held the line.
