Workout Recap - Week of September 13, 2020
On the plus side, I pushed myself into five workouts last week. On the minus side, I'm going to fall short of that this week. Something just feels off for me, in terms of general motivation to do much of anything. My Korean studies have also fallen mostly into autopiloted reviews, and I clearly haven't posted that Diablo 2 amazon class guide yet, either. Not much to be done for it but to push through. Maybe I'm lacking some confidence in myself, but it feels like I just can't get motivated to attack my fitness routines like I used to. Even just getting started can be a drag, let alone pushing myself to do more. I doubt there's much to be done about it other than working through it, because I don't feel onerously depressed, distracted, or otherwise compromised. I'm just missing some passion. Only four workouts this week, because I spent the weekend looking after a couple of furry geriatrics. By objective measures, I should be upset at having my life molded to suit cleaning up hairballs and poop, but I'm happy to do so. It's an animal thing.
