Only three workouts this week. I have no excuses. Things started out well enough, but I just wasn't into it and couldn't force myself. No point in a lengthy intro when I'm writing this right after the last one. I'll be fine with going back to my usual calisthenics, but I might consider getting some kettlebells for future variety. For the last week of the year, I took things a bit easy because I also got my COVID-19 vaccine booster on Wednesday.
