And finally, the last one.

Monday

Muay Thai class + Boxing class

The guest kru had us working on a few different short sequences to start out. They didn't seem to make a central idea behind them, but they were all practical and effective by themselves, so it was fine. Then we had to string them together into one big sequence, which felt decidedly less practical, but at least it can work on building stamina. The boxing class worked on switching between aggressive and defensive posturing, including using one as bait to set up the other. It felt like there were a lot of secret instructions going on in this one, which I didn't like, but overall, fine enough.

Tuesday

Muay Thai class + Boxing class

This class worked on kick defense and countering, then built up to further sustained offense from there. The boxing class worked on various options for defending straight punches, including combining that with footwork on both sides. All good stuff.

Wednesday

Muay Thai class + Boxing class

The guest kru ran a head-to-head back-and-forth defense class. It was weird, working on fancy jumping attacks in many of the drills, which made it feel strange in a format that's usually about being practical. I did it, but I was not a fan. The boxing class worked on basics of exiting with footwork after common attacks. It was much more to my tastes, even if I was as awkward and clumsy as usual.

Thursday

Muay Thai class + Boxing class

The kru joked that this would be a light class with the holiday weekend coming up, then had us grind out some beefy stamina tests. It was tough, but it was a good kind of tough. The boxing class worked on entering with strikes and then exiting quickly. I got to do a round with the coach since we had an odd number of students, during which my literal interpretation of his instructions revealed an oversight that he then clarified for the whole class. It is certainly something to suck in ways that help others improve.
