Monday Muay Thai class This class was a head-to-head back-and-forth defense class, which are always welcome from my perspective, since it's never not nice to get some practice hitting other humans. I slipped on posting this on time again. Oh well. Monday Muay Thai class This class was a stamina-grinder built around round kicks. The workload felt a bit lighter than usual, for some reason, but maybe that was just in my head. In any case, I felt good about how I did.
