Monday Muay Thai class + Boxing class The guest kru ran a class about building up piece by piece from a simple start into a long sequence including defense and countering. It was reasonable all in all, though he got rather "one true way" about explaining certain things, but I can understand that as a simple and clear starting point for some of the newer people to work from. Catching up on the recaps that I've missed lately. Monday Muay Thai class The guest kru was teaching a progressive drill class this day. It was good work with lots of natural repetition for the early elements to help really dial in the technique through fatigue. Tuesday Muay Thai class This was a round kick day, with lots of checking and returning to work on defense and offense. We also did a lot of squats in between for extra conditioning. All in all, good hard work.
