Workout Recap - Week of January 23, 2022

Only three workouts this week. I have no excuses. Things started out well enough, but I just wasn't into it and couldn't force myself.

 

Tuesday

Type: As Fast As Possible

3 sets of:

21/15/9 Plyometric Lunges (each side)

21/15/9 Push Ups

21/15/9 Straight Leg Raises


Time = 4:15

Bonus: 7 chin ups


Very nice to see that I haven't slowed down from my recent disruptions.


Thursday

Type: Pass/Fail

Pull Ups - 2 sets of 10 (pass)

Bridges - 2 sets of 15 (pass)

Straight Leg Raises - 2 sets of 20 (pass)

Bonus: none


Checking where I am with my old stand-bys, and I felt good about this.


Friday

Type: Pass/Fail

Handstand Push Ups - 2 sets of 15 (pass)

Close Squats - 2 sets of 20 (pass)

Push Ups - 2 sets of 20 (pass)

Bonus: none


I felt good with the compliment, too. Now that I've got that confidence, onward, to new ground!
