As mentioned previously, this was a light week. I hadn't planned on it initially, but I also decided to make it all pass/fail workouts this week, in return for next week being all timed workouts. As expected, this was a lighter week, but I think I still went at it pretty well. Next week will be a light one as well, but I'm going to try keeping it as intense as I can.
