Workout Recap - Week of February 20, 2022
Continuing to work towards restoring my previous peak fitness level, and I'm feeling some good vibes about how that's going. I haven't had any huge leaps in performance to close the gaps, but I'm getting more comfortable with the overall workload and am looking forward to getting back to my old challenge workouts without feeling too bad about the results. Monday Type: Pass/Fail Uneven Pull Ups - 2 sets of 5, each side (pass) Stand-to-stand Bridges, one wall touch on the way
Workout Recap - Week of February 13, 2022
Despite getting confused and thinking that Tuesday was Wednesday this week, I managed to nevertheless pull things together and grind out five workouts. While I'm pretty clearly still off from my old peak, I feel close enough that it won't be an impossible journey to reach and eventually exceed it. Monday Type: Pass/Fail Close Handstand Push Ups - 2 sets of 12 (pass) Shrimp Squats, both hands behind me - 2 sets of 10, each side (pass) One-armed Push Ups, feet together - 2 set
Workout Recap - Week of February 6, 2022
Circumstances conspired to keep me from reaching five workouts this week, but I did manage four, including getting some more traction towards my old weekend challenges. Monday Type: Pass/Fail Uneven Pull Ups - 2 sets of 4, eac

This is not quite the same situation because I am not familiar with In This Moment, neither in terms of their overall body of work nor in terms of the band themselves. Sick Like Me clicked with me immediatel
Workout Recap - Week of January 30, 2022
After having been running more or less on autopilot for my workouts for far too long, I want to make a concerted effort to get back to what I was doing up until mid-2020. Nothing wrong with trying a few alternate approaches just to mix things up, similar to how I had taken a break to do some jump training a while ago, but the workouts simply were not giving me the sense of accomplishment that I used to have. Reset, realign, reinvigorate. Monday Type: Pass/Fail Uneven Pull U
I Hate Censorship
A friend mentioned having the Terminal Cut edition of BloodRayne to me recently, and in researching what the changes were from the original releases, I saw that the swastikas were still omitted, as they had been on the original PC and Xbox releases but not on the (non-German) PlayStation 2 and GameCube releases. Before I go further, let me be clear: I do not think that whether swastikas are in BloodRayne has any real impact on its quality. I played the PS2 and loved it; I pl
