Late again, alas.


Monday

 

Muay Thai class


This was another stamina-focused Monday class. I have nothing too notable to say about it otherwise. It wasn't the class; it's me. This will be a trend.


Tuesday

 

Muay Thai class


This was a boxing class. We focused on short, practical sequences. I felt pretty solid about it overall, which was to be expected because I think my kicks are what I'm worst at anyway.


Wednesday

 

Muay Thai class


This class focused specifically on lead leg round kicks. It was an interesting change-of-pace to dial in the training session around a single technique like this. I liked it.


Thursday

 

Muay Thai class


This was a surprise light sparring day. I tried to focus on my eye discipline, since one of my partners in the last such day had mentioned that I was telegraphing some of my strikes by looking down. I think I mostly did well with it, but I caught myself slipping a few times. That's something to still work on cleaning up going forward.
