Workout Recap - Week of November 15, 2020
Thanksgiving is coming up this week in the US, and of all the major holidays there, that's probably the most meaningful in my eyes. While there are certainly merits to setting aside time for showing love to a partner, for appreciating the efforts of parents, or for commemorating those whose losses came in service to higher ideals (whether those ideals were actually in jeopardy is something that too few have any actual say in, of course), Thanksgiving can cover all of those a
Workout Recap - Week of November 8, 2020
Honestly, I don't really have much to say for the intro this week. Something's off with me lately, but I don't think it's depression. Circumstances conspired to limit me to four workouts this week once again, but I'm happy with how they went, at least. I'd been expecting some relief for the future, which has failed to manifest, but to put a positive spin on it, the burden is one that I'd never complain about bearing. It's a priority-shifter, but one with no net negative impact on my quality of life. I realize this is all quite abstract and undefined, but that's how I talk about personal matters for which
