Workout Recap - Week of November 1, 2020

Wow, I'm posting this recap late. Still trying to get on top of my personal schedule, I guess. It was a light week for workouts, but I felt good about what I was able to do.



Type: As Fast As Possible

5 sets of:

5 Pull Ups

5 Bridges

Time = 2:30

Bonus: none

Just squeezing in a quickie. It would've been nice to do more, but at least it was good to get something done.


Type: Pass/Fail

Close Pull Ups - 2 sets of 7 (pass)

Shoulder-width Handstand Push Ups - 2 sets of 9 (pass)

Hanging Straight Leg Raises - 2 sets of 6 (pass)

Bonus: none

I stepped up the rep counts across the board, and I handled it well. Next time, I'll have to go further, but for now, I'll take it.


Type: Pass/Fail

Pistol Squats - 1 set of 8, each side (pass)

Diamond Push Ups - 1 set of 16 (pass)

Closing Bridges - 1 set of 5 (pass)

Bonus: none

Back down to one set on these, but I did bump up the rep counts respectably to compensate.
