Workout Recap - Week of January 20, 2019
Due in part to the unexpected complications in my life, which I'd touched on briefly in my last recap, I focused on quick workouts for this week. That also meant skimping on the bonus finishers, compared to what I usually try to do. All told, though, I was happy with myself for getting in a full five despite those pressures. Workout Recap - Week of January 13, 2019
Have you ever started in on something that looked for all the world like it should've been a simple errand, only to have complications balloon up at every step? That's been my world for the last few days, hence the delay in getting this posted. I'm not quite through with it yet, either, but I am at least almost back to where I'd started, and that's actually a weird sort of progress when it comes to just trying to fix a tumorous chain of happenstances. Workout Recap - Week of January 6, 2019
Honestly, I'm not too sure what to say about this past week. It was a strong week, I suppose, save for a weak performance on the weekend challenge, but it doesn't really feel like it was a strong week because that's a pretty big caveat in my eyes. There were some moments worth celebrating, though, so I'll just have to take the positives that I can and do better next time.
