Not reported in the records below is a fuck of a lot of walking. I have no trustworthy records of quite how much, but something in the area of 3-8 miles each day from Wednesday to Saturday, inclusive, would not surprise me. Thus, while I was slacking on my regimented workouts and will take my next few to ramp up again, I wasn't being a total slug in the back half of the week.
Sunday
Type: Pass/Fail
Fingertip Push Ups - 1 set of 15 (pass)
Handstand Push Ups - 1 set of 15 (pass)
Pull Ups - 1 set of 15 (pass)
Bonus: none
Since I expect to do a lot of walking during my trip, I decided to focus on upper body action in this last pass/fail workout prior to it. It still feels a little surreal that I can do fifteen pull ups without coming off of the bar.
Monday
Type: As Fast As Possible
50 Burpees
Time = 4:15
Bonus: none
I've been debating what to do about doing 100 burpees for November, and my final decision was to just split them over a couple of days. Based on my September results, this is a fine finish time.
Friday
Type: As Fast As Possible
50 Burpees
Time = 4:15
Bonus: none
In fact, it's so fine that I did it again.
