Workout Recap - Week of September 30, 2018

I'm back home at last, and I'm expecting that to remain the case this time, at least for the foreseeable future. Unfortunately, I did catch a bit of an ailment on the way back, which has been slowing me down, but it should pass enough to be negligible in another day or two.



Type: Pass/Fail

Fingertip Push Ups - 1 set of 10 (pass)

Bridges - 1 set of 15 (pass)

Straight Leg Raises - 1 set of 20 (pass)

Bonus: none

Honestly, I have no idea what I was aiming for with this workout. I suppose it was something that I did just to ensure that I did something.


Type: Pass/Fail

Fingertip Push Ups - 2 sets of 12 (pass)

Overhand Horizontal Rows - 2 sets of 15 (pass)

Mountain Climbers - 2 sets of 30 (pass)

Bonus: none

See, now this is more like it.


Type: Pass/Fail

Handstand Push Ups - 2 sets of 10 (pass)

Bridges - 2 sets of 12 (pass)

Bonus: none

This was my last day before starting on the path back home, so I'll admit that I was in "no fucks given" mode with respect to taking it easy on myself.


Type: none

6 km walk

Bonus: 20 push ups

As usual, this was an impromptu recognition of what I did without intending to do a workout. The push ups were a shower addition, though whether that makes it better or worse is not for me to judge.

One-armed Push Ups, feet together - 1 set of 5, each side (pass)

Pull Ups - 1 set of 10 (pass)

Bonus: none

Seeing as I was back home at this point, you had to know that doing something on a bar was to be expected.
